| WHAT IS A MEMBERSHIP?
A membership is an agreement for a period of time between the customer and House of Ivie. Our memberships our based on a (1) year basis and will auto renew unless you notify House of Ivie that you wish to end that membership (some restrictions do apply). You may select only one type of membership at a time. HOW DO I ORDER? After you have decided which membership you would like to join, call us at 1-800-921-4843 for a live person to help you. IS PROFESSIONAL SERVICE INCLUDED WITH MY MEMBERSHIP? Currently we offer three types of memberships: To see details, SELECT A MEMBERSHIP. IF A MEMBERSHIP INCLUDES SERVICE, DOES IT ALSO INCLUDE TRANSPORTATION TO YOUR FACILITY? At this time, we do not offer transportation expenses. Service included with a membership requires an appointment and your own transportation to our facility. Please select HOW TO FIND US for directions. We are working on a membership that will help clients unable to visit our facility, take advantage of the most natural hair replacement available today. CAN I CHANGE TO A DIFFERENT TYPE OF MEMBERSHIP? You may change to another membership after your current membership expires. To change the type of membership, simply return to this website and submit a different membership. CAN I CANCEL A MEMBERSHIP? You may only cancel your membership when it expires. There are no refunds on any membership. Once you join the membership, it stays in force for (1) year and is automatically renewed unless notified in writing (10 ) days prior to the anniversary date of the membership. Upon automatic renewal, the orginal fee of your MEMBERSHIP will be charged. After the first year, the membership can be cancelled at anytime with a (10) day notice. No prorate, refunds or credits are available in this case. CAN I CHANGE MEMBERSHIPS IN THE MIDDLE OF A ONE YEAR AGREEMENT? No. Changes can not be made in a membership during the first year. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time with a (10 ) day notice during the second or any subsequent year. CAN I KEEP ALL OF THE HAIR REPLACEMENTS I RECEIVE? Your first hair replacement is traded in for the second replacement, within (30 ) days of delivery of the second replacement. Each replacement must be returned to us for a trade-in. You never own more than one replacement at anytime. Failure to return a replacement to us within (30 ) days, will result in a $ 500.00 charge to your credit card. IS THE HAIR QUALITY THE SAME WITH ALL MEMBERSHIPS? All hair replacements in memberships have excellent quality. The Graftex membership includes hand detailing for the most natural appearance throughout the unit. WHAT IF MY HAIR REPLACEMENT IS DEFECTIVE OR IN NEED OF REPAIRS? We will repair or replace any hair replacement that is defective due to factory errors in manufacturing, if notified of the problem within (10) days. We also have a repair facility on site which makes it possible to do most repairs in less than a week and in some cases in a matter of hours. All memberships will be written in the State of Missouri. All services performed in the City of Hazelwood, Missouri - St. Louis County. Any disagreements or lawsuits will be filed and settled in Missouri and governed by Missouri laws.
